I can’t say enough good things about this plumbing company! From the very first interaction, they were responsive, professional, punctual, and incredibly easy to communicate with. They actually showed up when they said they would, kept me informed throughout the process, answered my questions, and followed through on everything they promised. In a world where it can be incredibly difficult to even get contractors to return a phone call or show up for an appointment, their level of reliability was such a refreshing experience! On top of that, their pricing was fair and reasonable, and I never felt pressured or like they were trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. They clearly take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. It’s so nice to find a local, trustworthy plumbing company that you can actually count on. Alec from Mainline Plumbing texted that he was on his way, arrived on time, and was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I am looking forward to working with this company. Jawaan and David came to do the work and they arrived on time, they were so polite, they got right to work, and did the job within the time promised. Their work was neat and Jawaan explained how everything works before they left. Don’t look at further. Hire Mainline plumbing! Update: I hired Mainline plumbing again to replace 3 old toilets in my home. Alec and Joe (the company’s owner) came on time, got straight to work, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They are both extremely polite and professional and obviously care about their work. Guys, I’ll see you again soon for my next project! Well, Alec was back after Mainline oversaw our bathroom reno to fix our sump pump. It was nice to see a familiar face.
